Dance training is for ALL ages, and abilities – See research about the art of dancing in improving the neuroplasticity of the brain/body more than any other activity with Depression, Trust, Mental Disability, Pain, HERE, HEREHEREBack Alignment, Parkinson’sAlzheimer’s, MS, Neurodegenerative Disorders, re-wiring the brain in a chair such as injured, young dancers do HERE, and how Music and Dance work different parts of the brain in complimentary ways. Even more research HERE.

Below is a clip of BeMoved® being danced in Chicago for the “Free Dance Concert” series, 2017. It was MAGICAL to see all ages, cultures, and sexes dancing with us! (due to music copyright laws, this is NOT the music we are doing BeMoved®’s “Gospel Pop” genre to.)

I’m in the back, Sherry Zunker (founder, creator, and sole certifier of BeMoved®) in front, Chicago Certified Elite Instructor Jennifer Edgcomb stage right, and Hannah Inayoshi, BeMoved®’s social media adviser stage left:

Here’s something from “DANCING OFF THE FOG”, an article recently published at QuadCities.com, for which Mary was interviewed:

“Dance is the movement art with the most unlimited diversity in motion and vocabulary for any human to do,” says Mary Heller, dance instructor at locations such as Prescott’s Alta Vista Senior Living”

The 1st Annual Dancing for the Stars was such a crazy, fun show to work towards, and perform! The celebrity I was paired with, Todd Geiler, had me laughing at every rehearsal!

We won in the “Best Comedic” dance category. Flipping at 50 years experienced! The song we performed to is “Cruise”, by the Florida/Georgia Line.
