10 people – $10/class X weeks in the Series!

20 people – $5/class X weeks in the Series!

Drop-In’s, group rate purchases from other locations, or

series class purchases to anywhere Mary teaches

I am a kinesiologist as well, with 38 years experience, M.F.A. from

Florida State University. Half-Time Lecturer in the Kinesiology 

Dept. at Iowa State University for Fall 2025 – Spring 2026 semesters.

NEW to zoom? No problem. Follow just 10 steps. Easy Peasy!!!

  • 1. Create a free ZOOM account on the devise you want to use to watch the class by going to https://zoom.us/download , or wait for the class link. Expect to enlarge the video, and click “pause” to do each step. You can delete the program after each class.
  • 2. Register for class above HERE. You will receive an email from me with a link to join the class via ZOOM
  • 3. Follow the link that is provided in the email from me.
  • 4. Once you are on the ZOOM app, Please enter your name.
  • 5. If it asks for you to ‘Call via device audio’ click on that.
  • 6. Turn on your video if it is off (left bottom corner pic of a video camera, click on it)
  • 7. Turn on your audio if it is off (left bottom corner pic of a mic, click on it), you will be asked to turn this off when class starts for low music feedback.
  • 8. You MUST have a valid email sent to Mary to receive the link – when signing up for class please ensure your email is accurate.
  • 9. Make sure to log into zoom 10 minutes before a class for ease due to high volume use on the quarter of every hour globally. This ensures less people logging in at once.
  • 10. Please contact me if you did not receive the email, and link a half hour before a class.

Critical information!

#1 IT IS EASY. DO NOT RESIST 🙂

#2 Zoom is connecting the whole wide world right now. I have found that it is better to start at an odd time, like 5 minutes after the hour, to have fewer competing sessions trying to join at the same time as us. That’s why my  time suggestions to log on are odd.

#3 I never record a class. It’s against copyright anyways.

#4. I know that anxiety is HIGH right now, and for some of us, the thought/pressure of new technology ADDS to the anxiety. I promise you can do it, and it will open up a whole new great practice for you 🙂 EMAIL me for one-on-one assistance with navigating Zoom. It’s really life-changing.

#5 Email me if you are missing the access link or if you have any questions at all – I will work with you to figure it out!

#6 You can come into the meeting late or leave early – you mute yourself or I mute everyone, and no one will notice or hear you come or go – it’s easy to fit this into your day.

Do I need to download Zoom to join a meeting?

You do not have to have a Zoom account to attend a Zoom meeting, and it is FREE to join a meeting. You will be prompted to download the software only, once you have clicked on the link that you have been provided. You may also wish to create an account, but that is not required to participate in a Zoom meeting. You can then trash it after every meeting.

Do you need a webcam for zoom?

To use Zoom you will need: a video camera, either built into your device or a separate webcam (most modern computers, smartphones and tablets have this built in). Zoom has clients for Windows, Mac, iOS and Android.
